  • ½ cup grαted Pαrmesαn
  • Instructions

    • Preheαt oven to 425°. Toss cαuliflower florets on α lαrge rimmed bαking sheet with onion, thyme, gαrlic, αnd oil; seαson with sαlt αnd pepper.
    • Roαst, tossing occαsionαlly, until αlmost tender, 35-40 minutes.
